Submit your specification — polymer type, application, target market, estimated volume. We assess compatibility, identify any application-specific requirements, and formulate a BFA sample for your exact polymer system. You run your own internal tests against your own specifications. No commitment at this stage.
You've validated the sample. Now we scale up testing in your production environment. This is where you run BFAs on your actual line, at your actual throughput, with your actual processing parameters. We support integration, troubleshoot any issues, and work with you to verify performance against your production specifications and customer requirements.
Trial results meet spec. We move to commercial supply. Consistent formulation — every batch to the same specification as your trial batch. Batch certification on every delivery. Dedicated BDE account management. As your volumes grow or your applications expand, we grow with you.
Your BDE has full visibility of where you are in the journey, what documentation is outstanding, and what the next step requires. Nothing falls through the gaps — that's the point of the system.
